Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz [Chairman of the Board]
He has been the commander of the Vogon constructor fleet.
He is not a pleasant sight, even for other Vogons, and is described as having a high domed nose above a small piggy forehead, with dark green rubbery skin thick enough to be involved in politics and waterproof enough to survive a thousand feet underwater with no ill effects.
Also, he does not like hitchhikers.
Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz thinks he is an excellent poet.
As a reward for his work now he is based on Earth and drives Alien Ventures.
